Tilted at a 50 degree angle, the carriage feeds the meat down towards the blade, making the cutting process both safe and efficient. Thanks to the 13″ tall carriage, the slicer accommodates products up to 13 3/4″ high, 8″ in diameter, and 11″ wide. This makes the unit perfect for cutting large products, including bacon, prosciutto, and mortadella.
