• smart hx technology –  allows you to activate the brew temperature control mode, the machine delivered the ideal brew temperature without requiring cooling flushes or intricate calculation. if you prefer not to use this mode, the machine provides a flush advisor which guides you to achieve the brewing temperature through a cooling flush.
